Shipping

All of our Lok Essentials are shipped to you from the Netherlands via a secure, tracked shipping method.

Lok Essentials only ships on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.

In case your Lok Essentials package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email us as soon as possible at hello@lokessentials.com to notify us of the damage.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returns

We hope that you love your Lok Essentials as much as we do. However, if for any reason you wish to return your essentials, you have fourteen (14) days after the order has been delivered to do so. We will gladly issue a refund if the return conditions (noted below) have been met.

Please arrange a return shipment using a carrier of your choice. We apologise - you must bear the return shipping costs, which are nonrefundable. If you return an item and it gets lost, we are not responsible and we cannot refund your return item(s).

Return Conditions

• Item(s) must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
• Item(s) must be returned 14 days after purchase.

Return Process

Send an email to hello@lokessentials.com with your order number, reason for return and track and trace.

We only accept returns if an email has been send about your return.
Make sure you keep your track and trace code when you return an item to us. This way we can check where the package is. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

All our international orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid. Customs, duties and taxes are not included in our price or shipping costs. When placing an international order, you agree to pay any additional customs, duties or taxes.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
