What is the status of my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse in Amsterdam, you'll receive an email with tracking information. We want you to enjoy your pretty Lok Essentials as soon as possible after purchasing.
What materials are your hair accessoires made of?
Our hair accessoires are made of Cellulose Acetate, a natural plastic made out of renewable materials that decompose over time. Therefore, our essentials don’t harm the environment.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we are happy to ship worldwide. Check our shipping time & rates here.
Are the hair accessoires waterproof?
Our hair combs are fully waterproof which makes it perfect for a shower scalp massage!
However, the hair clips are not waterproof. If your hair clip comes in contact with water we recommend ensuring the spring is dry to prevent against rust. TIP: use a blowdryer to remove the water.
What if I want to send my order to someone as a gift?
That is possible! Our orders are send without further documentation, so recipients won't see the cost of the goods.
