All of our Lok Essentials are shipped to you from the Netherlands via a secure, tracked shipping method. Non-EU countries do not pay VAT, so for orders placed outside of the EU, this amount will be deducted from the purchase price at check-out.
Lok Essentials only ships on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.
In case your Lok Essentials package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of the damage.
Customs fees, tariffs or duties are not included in pricing.
Orders shipped to non EU countries could be charged with customs fees upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the extent of these costs, which are your responsibility. Please consult the local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package.
Please also note that we are unable to fulfil any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We hope that you love your Lok Essentials as much as we do. However, if for any reason you wish to return your essentials, you have fourteen (14) days after the order has been delivered to do so. We will gladly issue a refund if the return conditions (noted below) have been met.
Please arrange a return shipment using a carrier of your choice. We apologise - you must bear the return shipping costs, which are nonrefundable. If you return an item and it gets lost, we are not responsible and we cannot refund your return item(s).
• Item(s) must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
• Item(s) must be returned 14 days after purchase.

We only accept returns if there is an official return form added to your package. We do not accept any other self-created return forms.
Make sure you keep your track and trace code when you return an item to us. This way we can check where the package is. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
